    The Capitol Grille - Traditional decor, white linens, vaulted ceiling. Creative Southern cuisine, including Tennessee Black Angus beef, fresh regional ingredients. In 2003, The Hermitage completed a massive renovation to guestrooms and public areas, restoring it to its original glory.

The Capitol Grille showcases creative regional cuisine, and the restored Oak Bar offers cocktails and light fare.
